Glasses from Binocle Factory
As a frequent glasses wearer, I was super excited when Binocle Factory, a newly launched Canadian-based eyewear company, reached out to me for a collaboration. I wear glasses at work, school, for driving, while watching Netflix… you name it. I don’t need to wear them 24/7, but they sure make life easier. There’s nothing worse than forgetting your glasses and having to squint all day to see something that is only a few feet from you.
With that being said, since I wear glasses on a daily basis, it’s very important for me to have a pair that can be styled with anything and everything.
Binocle Factory has a selection of 15 different eyeglasses frames (and that doesn’t even include colours selections) that you can get as prescription glasses or just as a frame on its own. The style I am wearing is the Victor in Amber Tortoise and I have to admit that I am so happy with them! I also love the vintage-styled case the glasses came in, very hip if you ask me.
Buying glasses online can be a little scary since you don’t know what the glasses will look like and if they suit you face shape until you actually get them. Binocle Factory’s website helps you make this decision with more certainty by letting you upload a picture of yourself and then placing the shape of a chosen frame on the picture. I found this tool SUPER useful because I know for me, not all glasses suit my face. Since I have a rounder face shape, I often opt for larger frames that are not fully circular but not fully rectangular either. When I was deciding between two frames, this tool made me confident that the Victor frame was the right style for me.
I also have to mention that I was really impressed by Binocle Factory’s customer service. My glasses initially came in a week of placing my order, but when I opened the box, I realized I was sent the wrong pair of glasses. I contacted their customer service right away and they were very apologetic and proactive on fixing the situation. I sent them back the incorrect glasses, and within less than a week my new pair came in! Binocle Factory has a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy, just another reason why ordering glasses with them is so easy!
