Summer is coming to an end which makes me terribly sad. Though I love fall fashion, summer pieces are usually more colourful, fun, and you can wear anything you want without worrying whether you’ll freeze. When I was asked to collaborate with Neroli Anonyme, a Canadian brand based in Toronto, I was excited to receive a piece from them after I checked out their website. I was very impressed by their Flow collection. I loved the minimalistic vibe from their brand, but also how fine details from the colours, pattern, cuts, straps made their pieces very chic and sexy.
As a frequent glasses wearer, I was super excited when Binocle Factory, a newly launched Canadian-based eyewear company, reached out to me for a collaboration. I wear glasses at work, school, for driving, while watching Netflix… you name it. I don’t need to wear them 24/7, but they sure make life easier. There’s nothing worse than forgetting your glasses and having to squint all day to see something that is only a few feet from you.
With that being said, since I wear glasses on a daily basis, it’s very important for me to have a pair that can be styled with anything and everything.
I don’t know about you, but I am so DONE with winter. Though I am not a fan of the snow and slush in March, this month is usually where you start to see light at the end of the dark winter tunnel, which not only means warmer days, but maybe also a shift in your wardrobe! This duster jacket from online retailer MakeMeChic is a great winter to spring transition piece, and this warm orange tone is a nice a pop of colour during these cooler times.
During these cooler months, I find myself wearing A LOT of black. I mean you can never go wrong with black, but sometimes it’s nice to add a little bit of colour in your closet to remind yourself that brighter (and warmer times) are ahead. This lightweight dusty rose coat from SheIn does just that for me, and it styles so well with other pieces in my winter wardrobe (psst. it’s also ON SALE right now).
In October I received this little brown package from Skinny Coffee Club. Admittedly, I was not too sure what to expect from this product, but I am an avid coffee drinker and like to stay in shape so I thought this coffee might compliment my fitness routine. Skinny Coffee Club is an organic, fine grind coffee made of natural ingredients like matcha, ginseng, spirulina and garcinia cambogia. You only need to drink one cup a day (suggested in the morning) throughout your 28 day program.
Now onto my Skinny Coffee Club experience… does this stuff really work?
I recently had the chance to collaborate with Bohomiya, a casual, edgy and romantic Canadian clothing brand that will be launching in early November.
Ever wondered how you can get two looks from one outfit?
It all starts with finding the right accessories. For shoes, we wear heels when wanting to feel chic or elegant, and flat shoes to be casual. Understanding the “vibe” of your accessories is key when wanting to create two different statements from one outfit.
I am very excited to share my first collaboration with New York based lingerie company, Adore Me! They are an online store dedicated to making beautiful, high quality, perfectly-fitting lingerie at a great price.
